When engaged by a growth-stage venture company to support its application for a manufacturing subsidy, the first step was conducting in-depth interviews with the management team regarding the company’s long-term vision and product strategy. Working closely with the client’s team, we structured a detailed financial plan, budget allocation, and implementation schedule. As securing the subsidy required clearly demonstrating technological novelty and innovation, we collaborated with the client to prepare documentation that effectively highlighted these strengths.

Throughout the application process, we rigorously managed the quality of all submitted documents and tailored key messages from the perspective of subsidy evaluators. We also responded promptly and carefully to follow-up questions and revision requests, ensuring a smooth application process.

As a result, the client successfully secured a ¥20 million manufacturing subsidy, which was used to advance product development and expand production capacity. Following the award, we continued to provide regular follow-up support, monitoring business progress and addressing challenges, thereby contributing to the client’s sustained growth.
