Announcement of the Establishment of NUJP Asset Management LLC

NUJP Inc. (Head Office: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Kenta Goto) hereby announces that it has established NUJP Asset Management LLC as of October 8, 2025.

NUJP Asset Management LLC has been formed for the purpose of managing assets such as shares and equity interests in the various entities in which the NUJP Group invests and participates.

The company will provide stable support to the management foundations of each group company while promoting portfolio optimization and long-term value creation.

Its registered address is the same as that of NUJP Inc. (Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo), and the Representative Member is Kenta Goto, Representative Director of NUJP Inc.

Going forward, the NUJP Group will continue to create value from both cultural and business perspectives under the philosophy of “translating the value of Japanese-born brands into a global context and enabling their sustainable circulation.”
