Born in 1983. After working as a creator in music, photography, and design, joined Atar Inc. and engaged in advertising production. Served as CEO from 2017 to 2023, leading the production of Virtual Humans and innovative content development utilizing advanced technologies such as xR.
Founded Larvikite Inc. in 2024. Focuses on business creation and advertising production in the cultural sector, specializing in projects that fuse fashion, art, and music. Capable of overseeing the entire advertising process from concept development and PR strategy to final production. Also actively involved in launching new culture-driven businesses.
Toshiyasu Imai
Partner / D.Agent CEO
Graduated from the Faculty of Law at Kyoto University. After leading direct marketing strategy at Sony, took charge of partner alliances in the data and AI domain at Google Cloud (formerly Looker).
Became independent in 2025, leveraging experience from both operating companies and cloud vendors to support enterprises in advancing their data and AI utilization. Serves as a Director of the Data Monetization Association.

Completed graduate studies at Tokyo Institute of Technology. Began career at Toyota Motor Corporation as a Lexus design engineer, working on the development of production and race vehicles.Later joined an HR startup as a Product Manager, leading in-house app development and managing an offshore development team in the Philippines. Joined NUJP as a consultant in 2026. Bringing together a strong commitment to quality developed in the automotive industry and agile problem-solving skills gained in the startup world, supports clients in driving projects forward.
Kotaro Matsumoto
Consultant
Graduated from Waseda University. Spent 12 years at Sony Corporation, leading global marketing at the headquarters of the audio division, including headphones. Contributed to global market share expansion, particularly in the United States. As a manager, led marketing, communications, and branding initiatives, overseeing global campaigns and co-creation projects with Grammy Award–winning artists. Also involved in launching DX initiatives and new business teams.
After leaving Sony, served as an executive at a startup, and since 2025 has served as a Director of NUJP.

Tax Accountant / Spice Resonare CEO
While at university, developed a fascination with carrot cake and gin, which led to a deep exploration of the world of spices. During this time, organized numerous spice-themed dessert events. In September 2025, released “Carrot Cake Spice Gin,” the product that became the foundation of the brand. Founded Spice Resonare Inc. in 2026, joining NUJP in the same year.
With a background in behavioral economics, works across the boundaries of business logic and creative sensibility to give shape to subtle human emotions and ambiguity. Currently serves as a brand producer, consistently leading the development of brand philosophy and creative direction, transforming contrasting elements such as “sweetness and stimulation” into a refined aesthetic.
Looking ahead, aims to expand beyond products into spatial and experiential design, bringing “sweet and spicy days” into people’s everyday lives. To date, has explored more than 300 varieties of carrot cake and over 200 types of gin.
Rina Mitsui

Scouted at 15, began a career as a model and dancer, appearing in music videos, commercials, and campaigns including a performance for Ariana Grande. Later traveled to India for a spatial design internship, where a deep commitment to yoga led to earning RYT200 and RYT500 certifications.
Co-founded For DiL LLC in 2021, promoting wellness-centered experiences across lifestyle and fashion. Currently integrates yoga therapy for executives and artists with brand direction. Since 2024, leads the ethical apparel brand “RANGORIE,” supporting women’s employment in India, and joined NUJP in July 2025 as Press of Fineplay Inc.

With roots in Kyoto and New York, brings a multicultural perspective to creative work. Founded the apparel brand “DON’T JUDGE ME” while studying at International Christian University. After graduation, joined APPLEBUM, leading visual direction, product planning, and social media content production, overseeing end-to-end brand communication from product photography to Instagram strategy.
Later rebranded independently as “Allenwood,” expanding into broader creative projects including product design, logo design, and brand direction such as the café “KIKi.” Since July 2025, serves as Representative of Fineplay Inc. and participates in NUJP.

Graduated from International Christian University. During university, studied abroad in the United Kingdom, Canada, and the Philippines, gaining a global perspective. Joined Amazon Japan G.K. as a new graduate and spent 8 years working across a wide range of functions, including sales, e-commerce consulting, marketing, advertising, program management, and organizational management. Contributed to business growth initiatives and the development of new strategies within the e-commerce sector.
After leaving Amazon, launched and currently operates a wellness-focused business. With a 60K SNS followers, manages all aspects of content creation, including planning, filming, and editing, while sharing lifestyle and wellness-related content. Combines strategic expertise cultivated in business with creative communication skills to create value across both business and brand development.
Aya Fujimoto

Joined Amazon Japan G.K. as a new graduate and spent 7 years driving initiatives for new seller acquisition and development within the e-commerce business sector.
Held a wide range of responsibilities across sales, business development, marketing, program management, and organizational leadership, leading strategic initiatives to expand seller acquisition and enhance onboarding processes in Japan. Also spearheaded the launch of new marketing channels, managed large-scale conferences, and promoted partnerships with government agencies.
Joined NUJP Inc. in April 2026.
Masahiro Kitazoe
Head of Operation & Technology
Began a career at Sony Corporation in Sales & Marketing before transitioning into software engineering. At Paneil Inc., worked on backend development using Python and built cloud infrastructure with AWS.
Later joined Lighthouse Inc., contributing across backend, infrastructure, and frontend within a small agile team, and participated in maritime IoT product development, strengthening expertise in low-level technologies.
Practices agile development through Scrum, embracing a “build small, learn fast” philosophy and applying it to team building and operations. A full-stack engineer specializing in product development within small teams.
Kenta Goto
CEO
Raised in Denmark and Cambodia, later returned to Japan and graduated from International Christian University. Began a career at Sony Corporation in global marketing, focusing on business expansion across Europe. Subsequently worked at BayCurrent Consulting as a business consultant, supporting corporate strategy and transformation initiatives.
In December 2023, founded Copenh.DC Inc. (now NUJP Inc.). Since then, has led cross-border M&A, overseas market expansion, system implementation, and business planning for new ventures. Strengths include business and financial planning as well as project management, supporting companies pursuing global growth.
